During my internship at Adhi Karya, I was assigned to Adhi Learning Center, the strategic learning division that focus on building internal capabilities through structured learning and development initiatives.

  • Supported the end-to-end training process for internal employees, including planning, execution, and post-
    training evaluation.
  • Collaborated with trainers and internal stakeholders to align training content with organizational goals.
  • Contributed to the improvement of learning delivery methods to enhance training effectiveness and engagement.
  • Managed training administration and coordinated logistics for training programs to ensure smooth implementation.

Learning Development

I supported the end-to-end training process for internal employees, from planning to evaluation.
  • Supported the end-to-end training process for internal employees, including planning, execution, and post-training evaluation.
  • Searched, evaluated, and communicated with external training vendors to match learning objectives, quality standards, and budget.
  • Collaborated with trainers, internal, and external stakeholders to align training content with organizational goals.
  • Managed training administration and coordinated logistics for training programs to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Maintained and regularly updated the training and certificate database, ensuring accurate reporting and record-keeping.
  • Contributed to the improvement of learning delivery methods to enhance training effectiveness and engagement.

Learning Management System (LMS)

As part of Adhi’s digital learning transformation, I was entrusted to manage and improve the company’s Learning Management System (ILMU).

  • Conducted UI/UX analysis of the LMS to identify user experience gaps and drafted internal memos for proposed improvements.
  • Reactivated and maintained the LMS platform, synchronizing offline and online training to support hybrid learning.
  • Managed content updates, tracked training progress, and ensured platform stability and accessibility.

A Look Into My Work

Social Media & Learning Branding

To strengthen ALC’s presence and learning culture, I initiated the branding and activation of Adhi Learning Center’s Instagram from zero.

  • Defined the tone of voice, content pillars, and visual identity aligned with ALC’s learning values.
  • Created and published regular content featuring training highlights, learner stories, and microlearning tips on self-development, career, and productivity.
  • Collaborated with the ALC team to plan monthly content calendars and maintain consistent engagement.

Master of Ceremony

As a Master of Ceremony, I regularly host various internal and corporate events at Adhi Learning Center, ensuring smooth event flow and an engaging experience for all participants.
  • Host training programs, town halls, sharing sessions, and other employee development events.
  • Coordinate with organizers and speakers to align the agenda, timing, and key messages.
  • Maintain a professional yet warm atmosphere to keep participants focused, comfortable, and engaged throughout the event.
